I will admit straight up that this is rather OOC. It was written for a request by Arkillian on y!Gallery, who wanted me to write something about Phoenix + Edgeworth + a photo booth (bonus points if Maya gets the photos first) and I couldn't make it work in any other way ><;;

“Wright, what the hell are you—?” Edgeworth was surprised when Phoenix grabbed his wrist and dragged him into a small photo booth.
He had no idea what he was doing in a shopping centre with Phoenix Wright to begin with; they’d already agreed several times that they were not going to go out in public together. But somehow, they’d ended up in the nearest shopping centre after court and now Phoenix was grinning at him.
“Wright—”
“We don’t have any photos together. I thought we could take some.”
“You couldn’t warn me beforehand?” Edgeworth frowned. He could think of several better ways in which to do this. He had an expensive camera at home that would produce images of far better quality. In fact, if they were at home, they would be far more comfortable. They were still in public and that meant that Edgeworth’s cold, rigid front was still up. He was certain that if he kept thinking, he’d find more reasons as to why this was a bad idea.
He looked up to see Phoenix watching him with a tentative smile, and any protest he had was immediately forgotten.
“Miles…” he said softly, the smile not leaving his face.
“Wright,” the prosecutor replied firmly, reminding them both that they were still in public. His expression softened just the slightest. “Let’s get this over with then, shall we?”
“Thanks,” Phoenix said quietly.
Edgeworth raised an eyebrow at the screen before them. “How do you work these things?”
“Leave it to me,” Phoenix replied, taking a closer look.
“You don’t know yourself, do you?” the fair-haired man smirked. “Not well enough to explain it, at the very least.”
Scowling, the defense attorney took his wallet out and shoved it in his companion’s face. “See these? Maya dragged me out with Pearls to take them. I kind of know how these work, but Maya was the one doing everything.”
Edgeworth looked at the strip of photos of the three of them. It was clear in the first photo that Maya had gotten Phoenix to pay, but as the photos went on, his glum look turned into a smile with the three of them having their arms around each other.
“Maya and Pearls are both important to me. But back then, I kept thinking about how I wanted you there, too.”
“So that’s why we’re here?”
Phoenix didn’t reply, continuing to fiddle with the controls on the screen, but Edgeworth noticed the way his ears turned red.
“Oh, I’ve got it!” he exclaimed, taking a step back. He carefully slid an arm around Edgeworth. Once a glance in the prosecutor’s direction ascertained that the other man was not protesting, he turned his eyes towards the screen. The timer showed a large 3 which changed to a 2 and 1. Just before the flash went off, he felt Edgeworth’s lips on his jaw.
Flash.
“What?” Phoenix jumped a little, turning to the other man. Edgeworth simply grinned at him and pulled him into a kiss.
“Mmf—!” Phoenix struggled a bit until he felt Edgeworth’s tongue against his own, “Mmm…”
Flash.
“This booth doesn’t give the best privacy, you know,” Phoenix gasped as Edgeworth trailed wet kisses down the dark-haired man’s neck.
“I don’t care,” came the reply and Phoenix moaned softly with the next flash.
Their hands went to each other’s hair, no longer even thinking about the fact that they were in public with a short curtain hiding them. Edgeworth pushed Phoenix’s jacket off his shoulders and loosened his tie so that he could bite the other man’s neck.
Flash.
“The thing’s asking for more money,” Phoenix noted distractedly. Edgeworth grabbed some change from his pocket and handed it to Phoenix.
“You work it out, I’m busy.”
Phoenix turned to the screen again, hasping as Edgeworth moved behind him, running his large hands over the defense attorney’s clothed chest.
“M-Miles,” he mumbled, arching back as Edgeworth pressed against him. They both hissed at the action, Edgeworth already half-hard.
Phoenix managed to set up the camera again in his distracted state before placing a hand over Edgeworth’s on his chest and grinding back.
“Nnnh, Phoenix…” Edgeworth murmured, his breath hot against the other man’s ear.
Flash.
“Kind of a turn-on, doing this in public,” Phoenix whispered, his head falling back against Edgeworth’s shoulder. The prosecutor simply smiled and pressed his lips to the other man’s neck.
Flash.
“You’re definitely enjoying yourself, aren’t you?” Edgeworth asked quietly, smirking as his hand trailed down to run over Phoenix’s groin
“Fuck, Miles…”
Flash.
“All I can think of right now…” Edgeworth whispered directly into Phoenix’s ear, “Is what I’d like to be doing with you. Regardless of where we are…”
Phoenix turned his face into Edgeworth’s neck with a small groan as he felt the other’s fingers on the buckle of his belt.
Flash.
They turned so that they could kiss, panting against each other’s mouths.
“I think you’d better stop there or else it’ll get really suspicious.” A voice made them both jump.
Phoenix pulled his jacket back on and ran a hand through his hair. “M-Maya!”
Her face poked through the curtain, a hand covering her eyes. “Do you have your clothes on?”
“Y-Yes! What the hell, Maya?”
The hand was removed and Maya raised an eyebrow. “Why are you saying that to me? You’re the ones having sex in a photo booth!”
“We weren’t having…! We… we…”
“We were simply carried away,” Edgeworth cut in, his face a shade of pink to match his clothes.
Maya simply laughed, her face disappearing behind the curtain. “Well, I’m going home! I’ll see you at work tomorrow, Nick!”
Phoenix buried his face in his hands. “Oh shit.”
Edgeworth fixed his fringe carefully and made sure the rest was back in place before turning to Phoenix.
“I thought you said that you found sex in public a turn on?”
“No when we’re caught,” Phoenix groaned. “Especially not when it’s Maya.”
Edgeworth hesitantly put his hand on Phoenix’s shoulder. “She’s a good friend of yours. She won’t betray your trust.”
Phoenix nodded slowly. “I guess you’re right. I’ll talk to her about it tomorrow… maybe.”
“You were never subtle about… us in the first place, Phoenix,” Edgeworth said with a small smile. “I’m sure she already knew.”
The dark-haired man hesitantly pressed his lips to Edgeworth’s, keeping them there after there was no resistance.
“Let’s go,” Edgeworth murmured, “Home. Perhaps we can continue what we started.”
Phoenix grinned. “Good idea.”
*
Neither of them had given any thought to it on the way home. Not through the kissing and gentle touching that took them from the door to the bed. It wasn’t until Edgeworth was kneeling over him, half-naked, that he said anything.
“…Phoenix. What happened to the photos?”
The blue eyes widened at the question. He thought about it for a moment and quickly sat up. “Maya!”
They threw their clothes back on, rushing to the Wright & Co. Law Offices, but they knew as soon as they walked through the door, that they were too late.
Duplicates of the photos in a variety of sizes had already been stuck all around the office.
“I…” Phoenix struggled to find words. He started at the several black and white photos and then at Edgeworth. “…I’m going to kill her.”
