It's Renai Bus Stop (Bus Stop Love) by Natsumizu Ritsu. I don't know if it can be read online, but I found a few sample pages at June Manga: http://www.junemanga.com/books/410/ One of the things I love the most about this mangaka is how little conversation she uses in the beginning; it really is about a picture being worth a thousand words. I just go D'aaaaawwwwww every time I think of this manga. ♥♥♥
